About

I got priced out, then I got practical.

In 2016 my partner and I lost a family home to a higher offer. We watched the same house go back on the market five months later, repainted, with a new kitchen and a much bigger price. Nobody had fixed anything structural. Somebody had simply been willing to do the work we did not know how to do.

I spent the next few years learning that work in the least glamorous way available, on houses nobody else wanted, while running Hanover Linemarking. The business paid for the mistakes. There were a reasonable number of them.

I sold Hanover Linemarking and went at property properly. Now I buy roughly one house a month. They are uninhabitable, which is the specific reason banks will not lend on them, which is the specific reason they are cheap. Bringing them back is a process, not a talent.

What I do commercially is that process, run with people who already own property. I am not a teacher and I am not selling a system. I am someone who does this every month and can tell you what will and will not work in your position.

Why FundHaus sits underneath all of it.

Every project I run needs two things that are hard to find in the same place: people who can do the work, and capital that understands what the work is. FundHaus exists to put those two in the same room.

It is an introduction and information service. It is not a financial adviser, broker or lender, and it does not verify, vet or approve anyone using it. What it does is make the connections visible instead of accidental.

Everyone who engages me becomes a member of the platform, and stays one after the engagement ends. That is the part that keeps working once I am no longer in your week.

One house a month

The pace I buy at. It is the only volume claim on this site, because it is the only one I can substantiate.

Uninhabitable stock

No kitchen, no bathroom, sometimes no roof. Standard lending does not apply, which is the whole point.

No returns published

No percentage, no projected profit, no before and after without the numbers behind it.
