What actually happens

Before the call
You send through your portfolio, your goals, and what you want out of the ninety minutes.

The ninety minutes
Held on a video call. Emma works through your numbers with you, teaches the areas you are short on, and is blunt about what does not work and why. In person only if you travel to Emma.

After
You get the recording and a written plan inside five working days. One round of written follow up questions is included.
The outcome
What you walk away with
- A written plan covering structure, buying criteria, and the sequence of steps.
- A road map for moving forward, and teaching on the parts you are missing.
- The recording of the full session.
- Membership of the FundHaus platform, which continues after the session.

Is this financial advice?
No. Emma is not a financial adviser, broker or lender. This is consulting on property projects. Your own adviser, lender and lawyer confirm anything specific to your situation.
Can you tell me what I will make on a project?
No. No return figure or projected profit is published or given. What you get is the method, the criteria and the risks, and you run your own numbers.
What if I want ongoing help afterwards?
If you move to The Operator's Table, the $1,500 goes toward your first month. There is no obligation and no pressure to do so.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel seven or more days out and you get a full refund. Inside seven days you can reschedule once, free. A no show is not refunded.
Do you do these in person?
Sessions run on video. In person is possible only if you travel to Emma.
